Website Edits or Approval to go Live - Feedback Form

The purpose of this form is to provide a simple, collated way to obtain client feedback or approval to go live once a website has been present for review. Please take quality time to review your website so that you can submit one (and preferably just the one) collated response for site edits/tweaks.

However, please remember our Progress Policy, this form with all edit requests is to be completed within 10 working days of receipt of your site being presented for review. (Refer to the e-mail you received presenting your site for review, to obtain further information about our Progress Policy and applicable fees for sites reviewed late).

You can click 'save and continue later' throughout the process, just remember to save the hyperlink that comes up on the screen after you click the 'save and continue later' button, and enter your e-mail address and hit 'submit' to have the link sent to you via e-mail. If you don't do either of these two things, anything you submitted on the form will not be saved, at all, anywhere.
